EnProSol, Inc. can also offer its clients an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) for applications with levels of O2 greater
than 2.0% using Ammonia as a light off fuel.

EnProSol, Inc.’s catalyst formulations are customized for each flue-gas application, ensuring high NOx removal activity at very low-pressure loss. Our honeycomb construction offers higher mechanical strength for catalyst durability in addition to an efficient geometry for high surface area and low-pressure loss. We determine the honeycomb structure and cell pitch for each customer application following an engineered analysis of system performance requirements. Our catalysts are versatile and can be operated over a wide temperature range and provide excellent resistance to poisons, and erosion, resulting in long life and low overall cost to the customer.

or Aluminum Alloy Saddles, Pall Rings and
Raschig Rings. We will also be able to provide
Ceramic Saddles, Raschig Rings and Pall Rings.

 NSCR Catalysts
EnProSol, Inc. can offer an NSCR (Non-Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst to reduce NOx emissions from tail gas
exhaust. At tail-gas temperatures between 480ºF-900° F and an O2 percentage of less than 2.0%, direct disintegration
offers a most effective method of reducing both NOx and N2O gas.

The precious metal, honey-comb catalyst has a low light-off temperature while allowing for minimum pressure drop across the face of the catalyst. The NSCR catalyst can use several types of fuel for light off, including Methane, Butane/Propane, Purge Gas and Hydrogen.
Fabrication
EnProSol, Inc. also has the ability to provide its customers with
pressure vessels, catalyst baskets, heat exchangers, piping, tanks,
columns, trays and other processing/storage equipment. We can
provide original designs based on customer specifications, or we
can fabricate directly from customer-furnished designs. We
also have the ability to provide field labor for the installation of
purchased equipment.
